Who are you?

I'm a huge nerd who wakes up in a cold sweat with the desire to make stuff from rust in real life. I'm also a student game developer and am working on long term projects related to that field. Any purchases you make on my site go on to contribute to this future.

How do I contact you?

On my favorite email ever, footjob@bigtitty.mom. Yes it is a real email. Its awesome and I will check it every Tuesday to Friday. I might occasionally answer on the weekends if I feel like it.

 

What type of equipment do you use to create 3D printed props?

My 3D printed items are all produced on an slightly upgraded Ender 3 pro.

Can I customize a costume or prop?

I am not currently offering skins or variations of any of the props I'm selling but if you send me an email at footjob@bigtitty.mom about it we can discuss the possibility of your prop being skinned.

My item got lost or damaged, will you replace it?

If an item you purchase from me is lost in shipping, due to the current size of my operation I cannot offer a refund or send a replacement. If your item becomes damaged for any reason I also cannot offer a refund or send a replacement. I will attempt to guide you through repairing the item. In the case of a damaged item send an email to footjob@bigtitty.mom with the subject, DAMAGED ITEM, send proof of purchase and I will communicate with you from there.  

What type of payment options do you have?

I take cards, PayPal, Shoppay, and GooglePay

I've pre-ordered an item, what happens next?

Once you've preordered an item your purchase order will be put on hold and from the order in which the purchase was made your order will be fulfilled and sent to you once the pre-order is over.

I don't see my size, what sizes do you offer? Can I customize the measurements? 

I'm sorry if you cannot find your size. The hazmat suit is coveralls so it will fit most body sizes but I do not do custom measurements at the moment I'm currently looking to offer more sizing options in the future.

How will my order be shipped, how fast will it arrive?

For orders in the US at most orders should arrive within a week.

How do I care for my costume or props?

Costumes and props are not machine washable and should not be cleaned with any detergents, soaps, water or scrubbing brushes. At most cleaning your hazmat suit is about hanging it up on a hanger after use to prevent sweat and smell from becoming trapped inside the fibers of the costume.

Props should not be used with excessive force as some of them can be delicate in certain places. Medical needle buttons should not be pressed down with excessive force as you might crush the button through and into the syringe tube.

I bought the wrong size/thing - can I exchange it?

Due to the current size of my operation I cannot offer exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size. But if you contact me through email, footjob@bigtitty.mom with the subject WRONG SIZE with your order number I can possibly help direct you on ways to modify your costume to be properly sized.

Do you offer discounts or rewards for returning customers?

No I don't offer discounts or rewards for returning customers but your business is highly appreciated!

No I don't collect any customers information

Shipping/Exchanges/Returns/Refund Policy

How do track my package?

After purchasing you can go to either carrier's website with your tracking number to find out about the status of your package.

What service do you use to ship your products?

USPS and UPS

My package has not arrived during estimated shipping times.

Sorry! There's nothing I can do if the package doesn't arrive during estimated shipping time. If you didn't get tracking you can contact the carrier to possibly get more information on it package. 

My package is marked as "delivered", but I don't have it yet.

Wait an extra day or two for it to actually arrive and please look around harder and ask your neighbors if they had seen it if possible. I am unable to replace your order if you cannot find it. 

My package might be lost/stolen/missing, what can I do?

If you insured your purchase with the carrier you can contact them for a refund

I received my package but some of the items were incorrect or missing, what can I do?

If I sent you an incorrect item, you can choose to either keep the item or send it back to me for the item you had actually ordered. If some of the items in the package were missing when you received it. Send an email to, footjob@bigtitty.mom with the subject MISSING ITEM with your order number and I will look into getting the missing item sent to you.

Stock & Inventory

I try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and I will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Do you pay International Customs Duty or Fees?

No, sorry.  Any customs duty/fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.  If you are unsure if this applies to you, please familiarize yourself with the local laws, or give your local post office a call. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment of order

Our working days are Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, I take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Currently, I am only shipping within the US at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Currently, I do not accept returns on items or exchanges.  Refunds will be to store-credit only. This policy is subject to change.
